DELO helps you find a great price on a product and order it. You must be 18 or older and provide accurate account details. Keep your sign-in secure — you're responsible for activity on your account.
DELO is a marketplace platform. Some items are sold and shipped by DELO directly; many others are sold by independent third-party sellers. Anything sold by an independent seller is a contract between the buyer and that seller — whatever is sold is between the buyer and seller. DELO provides the platform, the payment rails, and support, but is not the merchant, importer, or manufacturer of seller items and is not a party to that agreement.
Sellers must list authentic items, honour their prices, ship promptly, and pass image-authenticity checks. If a seller offers return shipping, they must provide a genuine return address (a P.O. Box or physical location) that is linked to their account — see the Refund & Returns Policy. Prohibited or counterfeit items are removed.
Provide accurate delivery details, pay through the app's secure checkout, and raise any problem promptly through order chat or support. For items from independent sellers, work with the seller directly first.
A platform fee applies per order ($2.79 on orders under $10, $1.50 on orders $10 and above). Custom-designed products carry a flat $5.00 custom item fee shown before checkout. Seller payouts are made through Stripe Connect once a payout account is connected.
Products you create in the Custom Designer are made to order by our print-on-demand production partner and shipped directly to the buyer. You must own or have the right to use any image or text you upload — designs that infringe someone else's trademark, copyright, or likeness, or that contain prohibited content, may be removed and repeated violations can suspend your account. If you list a design for sale, your earnings are your sale price minus the production cost, paid out through Stripe Connect. Because each item is made specifically for the order, custom items can't be returned for change of mind — see the Refund & Returns Policy.
Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund & Returns Policy. For independent-seller items, the refund or payout can be negotiated directly between buyer and seller in order chat. DELO can help mediate, but the agreement is between the two parties.
Suspected fraud, fake listings, or manipulated images may result in held payouts and account suspension while we investigate. Orders flagged as high risk are placed on hold for review before fulfilment.
